I’m updating the site again a bit. I deleted the News page and replaced it with the Walkah-Blog since I’d MUCH rather update the blog online everyday than have to update the News page even just once a month. I coubt this will be a big crime in anyone’s eyes.

The other thing I’m doing is a bit more of an experiment. I’m trying a new piece of software called PhotoFolio. I read about it in a photo magazine that was left in the men’s bathroom at work (probably more infor than you needed). A photographer and all around computer guy named Bill Wadman developed it as a simpler way to upload photos to your webpage. I’ve been doing it the LONG way for a while now which involves me placing each photo on a web page with a hotlink to a bigger version of the photo. It take a while just to set up the page and its tedious work. As a result, it takes an act of congress to get me to develop a new photo page.

This software should allow me to simply drop all the photos into a folder and it will create its own page and thumbnails. When you click on a thumbnail the full size image will open on the same page so no more annoying windows popping up. The downside is that while I switch over, I’ll be pulling all the existing photo pages offline. If all goes well they should be up again in a day or two. If I’m really lucky they’ll be back up today.
