After three weeks of some or all of us being sick, it finally appears that the Walker family is on the mend. I’ve shaken most of my cold although a cough remains, Jaime is mended except for her blocked ears, and Aidan is close to normal.

Today, Jaime and Aidan come to visit me at work for lunch. I can’t wait to see the little guy.

My folks stopped by yesterday and gave us a much needed break. We actually got to nap…at the same time. It was glorious.

We did get a little bit of disappointing news yesterday. At church we were reminded that they don’t preform baptisms during lent. With Ash Wednesday being the 1st of March, we really don’t have much of a shot at getting Aidan Christened before Easter. In reality, this is just as well since I don’t really want to rush into planning a party and April is much better weather for a party anyway. So, hopefully, Aidan’s baptism will be one of the last two weekends in April.
